As I mentioned at the end of yesterday's session, everyone's 2nd lvl now.

For equipment purposes, we'll just go with the standard DMG suggestion, which means each of you now has one 1st lvl magic item, one 2nd lvl magic item and one 3rd lvl magic item, plus 360 gp of spending money.
